Shining up an older "shelf-ware" implementation and bringing it properly live!

A midwest, mid-sized steel company had an existing "shelfware" implementation of Demantra.  When the dust cleared from the implementation all the parties were busy, behind, and worn out.  The solution was never used.

Over a year later some new players in management provided the impetus to review the state of the model, make corrections, polish it up, and fire it up for regular use.

Done entirely remotely, the solution was up within two months from a complete standstill and has been operating ever since.
